Yes it was about dissolving the cabinet, although many opposition parties were calling for new elections. The initial plan was indeed to replace the Finns party with two smaller centre-right parties (and make some small changes to the government programme to accommodate them).

However, now the Finns party split and the part representing the old leadership joined the cabinet again... so we're back with exactly the same government programme (including health care privatisation and austerity...) and same ministers, just with a smaller majority in parliament. And now we have a new far-right opposition party :-(
